Professor Earl Sasser of Harvard Business School will join us in April for a masterclass on talent management. Professor Sasser has proven to be a hugely popular speaker at Timoney events, and leads powerful, engaging discussions on the case studies. This time, he will tackle how to recruit, manage, and retain talent.
