Who we are?
The Timoney Leadership Institute, a not-for-profit Associate Business School of IESE Barcelona (FT Ranked #2 in 2024) develops leaders with a highly experiential programme for 2 days in-person each month (for 6 months) to unlock creativity, develop your personal leadership and build a successful growth plan for you, your people and your organisation.

The 2026 Programme Format:
The 2026 Advanced Leadership Programme which starts in March 2026, will be our 14th programme. It is an inspiring and enjoyable training experience for Leaders who are keen to learn and invest in their own development across venues in Ireland (Kilkea Castle & Farnham Estate) & Spain (IESE Barcelona & San Telmo Seville)
Total Price: €21,970 VAT exempt, which includes:
- 14 days Leadership Training & Guest Speakers sessions, 4 Executive 1-1 Coaching sessions & Psychometric assessment.
- All associated refreshments, dinners, guest speaker sessions and overseas local transportation. The only additional costs that you manage directly are for overnight hotel accommodation (at preferential Timoney Leadership Institute rates) and return flights to Seville and Barcelona.

How will I learn?
The Timoney Advanced Leadership Programme is a blended training programme consisting in a mix of interactive practical business case study discussions, lectures, executive coaching and collaborative workshops.
Key leadership topics that have a direct impact on the strategic direction of your organisation will be explored and teased out, drawing on the experience of the leaders attending. Practical insights will emerge which you can apply across all aspects of general management of your organisation.
