Who is the Emerging Leaders Programme for?

This programme is designed for high-potential professionals transitioning from technical roles to leadership positions. Ideal participants are early- to mid-career managers who are ready to grow in self-awareness, develop their people leadership skills, and take on greater responsibility within their organisations. It is particularly suited to those seeking to become more effective, purpose-driven leaders who can inspire teams, handle real-world challenges, and drive positive impact across business and society.

Cost:

€5,750 per person which includes all work materials, meals and refreshments. The rate for a company sponsoring a maximum of two people is €10,500.

How to Apply

The number of places on the course is limited to 28.

Early application is advised. The closing date is Friday, 5th September.

Applicants should email emerging@timoneyleadership.ie, giving a brief outline of current responsibilities and indicating the reasons why they wish to attend.

They will then be invited to do an informal interview.
