Crisis Leadership Masterclass

At this leadership Masterclass, Dr Gautam Mukunda will offer an enticingly fresh look at what is needed to become a high impact leader. Exploring through two Harvard Case Studies how leaders face up to practical crisis affecting their businesses, Gautam will help participants evaluate their own response and approach to decision making often in very challenging circumstances where the need for expediency and acting by principles seem to clash.

This masterclass is part of the continuous learning series offered to Timoney alumni who have participated on our Advanced Leadership Programme. Limited spaces are available for non-alumni also.
