All of our organisations are effected by change. Understanding and preparing for changes coming down the track is a key responsibility for each of us as leaders.

This 2 day module in IESE will focus on change in the world around us, including implications of Brexit, how we lead change management within our organisations and the perennial challenge of changing our people, often involving difficult conversations.
