Masterclass

Discover how to build a leadership culture that fuels growth.

This interactive masterclass will focus on empowering leaders to align organisational culture, leadership, and talent development with their business strategy. By identifying key strategic roles and fostering core competencies, participants will gain actionable insights to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

We will examine the case "Netflix: Leading with a Unique Corporate Culture", prompting participants to reflect on:

  • Netflix’s policies and corporate culture
  • Key elements behind Netflix’s success
  • Advantages and risks of adopting a similar culture

Through this case, we will explore how culture can be a strategic asset. You’ll gain fresh perspectives on how leadership values, decision-making norms, and talent policies can align with your strategy, and how to tailor them to fit your unique environment.

Participants will have the option to stay overnight at Johnstown Estate and attend the company visit to Breedon Cement in nearby Kinnegad the following morning where plant manager Garrett Ghee (ALP 2022) and his colleagues have been successfully implementing significant cultural change within a traditional industry sector.
