Mike Roberto

Bryant University

Michael Roberto, Trustee Professor of Management at Bryant University, previously served on the faculty at Harvard Business School for six years. He authored three books, including "Unlocking Creativity" (2019), and created popular lecture series for The Great Courses. In 2017, he was ranked #25 among the world's best-selling case study authors.

Professor Roberto has received awards for his research, including the MITX Interactive Award in 2011. He's a 12-time recipient of the Outstanding MBA Teaching Award at Bryant and a two-time winner of Harvard’s Allyn Young Prize for Teaching. His teaching and consulting span various prominent organizations, and he serves on the Board of Trustees at The Montrose School.

Education-wise, Professor Roberto holds an A.B. with honors from Harvard College (1991), an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (1995), and a doctorate from Harvard Business School (2000).
