Insider accounts into the world’s top high performing organisations - Cork

Brian MacNeice, the co-author of Powerhouse, will be hosted by the River Lee Hotel and Cork Chamber of Commerce to present his insights into designing a successful performance leadership strategy. Brian will speak about his book "Powerhouse", which takes a look at twelve diverse leading organisations across the globe. It shows how performance leadership arises by design rather than accident. The book identifies the commonalities between the organisations and their business models, and where their success lies. This book acts as a guide the the valuable performance transformation approach for ambitious leaders.
