Alumni Masterclass

Joining us on June 22nd, Professor Chris Bingham will lead an engaging masterclass on 'Accelerating Innovation and Life Success'. In a series of interactive morning sessions, he will demonstrate how leaders can best tap into the potential of 'crowds' (i.e. the people around them) to generate solutions in an effective way that counteracts bias and addresses uncertainty.

The afternoon session will provide an opportunity to pause and reflect on our own definitions of success, happiness and what makes work meaningful so we can act purposefully and mindfully in our future life choices. Discussing and sharing the profiles and life experience of leadership peers will open up an understanding of the different ways we can imagine and pursue a 'good life'

Join this masterclass and learn:

* The novel strategic framework of 'crowd sequencing' and its applications for your organisation.

* How to use an assortment of 'crowds' or groups, to address different types of uncertainty related to innovation.

* Effective methods for testing and executing innovative solutions

* The power of reflection on life purpose and definitions of success

* How narrative sharing from peers can open up an evaluation of our own life strategy
