Joining us in May, IESE Associate Professor of Managing People in Organisations Anneloes Raes will lead a discussion on “Building Top Team performance for Winning Results”.

The Schedule for this masterclass is :

Friday 14th May: Breakout Session discussing the preparatory readings (1pm-2 pm)

Tuesday 18th May: Building Top Team performance for Winning Results, Prof Anneloes Raes (12pm - 1.30pm)

Prof. Raes session involves understanding and managing dynamics in top teams. Through a series of interactive exercises, participants will get a concrete overview of their particular strengths and clear action points for managing team dynamics.

In this session, Prof Raes will explore with you:

  • How can you be an example for others on your team?
  • How can you motivate others on your team not only through what you say but by your behaviours?
  • How can you facilitate team dynamics so that you can be effective in dealing with the urgent and pressing while ensuring you don’t lose focus on the long term goals for your organisation?

Prof Anneloes Raes

Associate Professor of Managing People in Organizations

IESE Business School

Anneloes Raes is Associate Professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations and holder of the Puig Chair of Global Leadership Development at IESE. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Maastricht University and a M.A. in Psychology at the Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands.

Prof. Raes’ research expertise includes the fields of top management teams, teamwork, self-management, and leadership. Her work has been published in academic journals such as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Relations, and Small Group Research, and was awarded with various grants and awards. It has also been featured in press outlets, including the Financial Times and La Vanguardia.
